Diagnosis

We assess the client's risk tolerance profile and risk appetite, as well as the client's needs and objectives. At this point, we also carry out an analysis of the client’s current investments.

Recommendation

We hold an initial meeting to discuss optimal strategies for comprehensive financial planning. This includes assessing liquidity and protection needs, asset allocation both domestically and internationally,  succession and retirement planning.

Implementation

At this stage, we assist you in implementing the agreed-upon strategies, advising on the optimal timing for the disposal and acquisition of each asset. It is important to note that no money is sent directly to our firm; your funds are invested with your preferred financial institution, on your name.

How does our compensation work?
Vita uses the "fee-based" compensation model, charging a fee on the invested assets. In this model, the advisor’s interests align with the client’s. It contrasts with the more commonly used commission-based model in the Brazilian market, where the investment officer or broker dealer agent is compensated by the products they recommend to the investor.
What is the difference between an independent advisor and a broker dealer agent?
Besides the compensation difference mentioned above, advisory services are independent and not tied to financial institutions. The broker dealer agent, on the other hand, works in banks and broker dealers offering their products.

The independent advisor seeks to deeply understand the client to propose the best solutions and instruments available in the market as a whole, not being restricted to just sell products, like a broker dealer or a bank officer.
Can I cancel if I don't like it?
